Boy does time fly by - the nephew is now a pretty decent hand in the hay field.

The Nephew

Riley Ereno has been accompanying me in the hay fields since he was a toddler. He used to nap on the floor of the tractor or sit beside me while I drove. When he was about 11, he started driving the smaller tractor on little jobs. Now that he's 14, he is trying to rob me of my big tractor that has air conditioning and a radio!

Very Proud Aunt

I am so proud of the young man that Riley is becoming, and thankful for all his hard work in the hay field. He's a great "hay representative" of the Ereno family in our joint hay operation. He's learned to drive the tractors, rake in straight lines and cut the hay. I can trust him to continue and be safe while I run errands. He and I even have our own "in the know" method for moving hay off the field - like a well-oiled machine. I don't know what I would do without his help!
